Had 5-1/2 years and volume is not loud enough with shower running. According to Kohler both speakers are bad and nothing wrong with amp. Both speakers go bad at same time? Not likely. Save your money and get a good portable Bluetooth speaker from Bose or JBL. Seemed like a good idea at the time to complete our multiple shower accessories but was a waste of money. They offered to send someone to confirm the problem but we are too far away for them to send someone. Very disappointed.
