I have been using SleepPhone for over a decade now and have purchased at least 8-9 times as they usually fail within a year or two while my latest purchase failed in only 3 weeks. The speaker design suits my sleeping position well (not that I havent tried their counterpart) but the build quality, especially the jack, does not.Perhaps Amazon should set up a "subscribe" option for this special "comsumable" headphone.
