UPDATED REVIEW (03/03/19): I was sent a replacement pair directly from Samson. Their service was fast and replacement came a day ahead schedule (awesome!). I have had the speakers for about a week now, and these speakers sound KILLER! I love the sound, and I love the speedy replacement for my original damaged product. Updating to a 5-star ??ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just received these speakers in the mail. The box was pretty beat up when I received it. When I plugged everything in, one side would have perfect audio, and the other side would have a muffled, low volume sound. I double checked all my settings on the computer, and also tried a different pair of speakers and everything worked fine. I believe I just received a defective speaker (just 1 side). I have reached out to support on the Samson Website and hopefully I can exchange this for a new pair that actually works (I hope it does, because the one side that works correctly sounds amazing). Will put in a new review once I hear back from support.
