This is the second unit from the manufacturer I've had - I was very pleased with the first (a slightly smaller unit, in black and orange) and it recently stopped holding a charge after 5(?) years. So I wasn't apprehensive about ordering a newer version.I use it on my job site, and like the first one, it pairs easily with my phone, has both a great bass and treble for such a little guy, with a nice clear sound. It has the capability to use a micro SD card - but I've never used it now or before. And the controls are very simple and function pretty quickly.While I haven't put it through a whole days use, so far the battery runs the unit for a good 6 hours...not too bad considering the small size.In another 5(?) years, should the battery finally give out, I'll probably look for this manufacturer again since I found it to be a good value for the price.
