I bought this device in order to be able to use Sony WH-CH520 headphones with a radio. The information on Amazon says it doesn't work with Sony headphones, but a previous review said it does, so I thought it would be worth a try. I followed the instructions in the headphone manual for connecting to "Other Bluetooth devices", and connection took place smoothly. Sound quality is very good, and it works between floors of a two-story house. It also works fine as a receiver. For use as a receiver, the output volume has to be set quite high, but again it works between floors. Another good thing is that it comes with printed instructions, which are brief but sufficient.
