Brief review: Fantastic Amp, great quality and sound. Unbelievable USA support and built in USA.Details: After using and then redeploying their little brother, the Mini T (which is a great amp also), I upgraded to the Orb Booster for several reasons:- The third input - optical (used for my Samsung 4k TV), other two 3.5mm go to the echo dot and ipod.- Banana plug outputs (missing from the T3 due to its smaller form factor)- 50W vs 20W, more power is goodness :)- Remote control (Yamaha IR compatible)I ordered "like New" one from Amazon Warehouse (out of stock on new) and it had a defective volume adjustment knob so I called Orb support after business hours. Was expecting low level tech support from India or China, instead I got put through to Gary (one of the designers) and talked about the unit I got (we also talked about speakers, the market, design of the unit, tradeoffs etc. a great conversation). This left a fantastic impression from a small company that really cares about the design of its products, its reputation and its customers!They stepped up and sent me a new unit that I just plugged in and could not be happier. In comparison to the Mini T it's slightly bigger but more than makes up for it in features (listed above). Great sound and imaging, no noticeable distortion on any volume I would feel comfortable listening to and fit and finish of product is top rate. Forgot to mention Gary told me it's assembled in USA with as much local content as possible.
