I bought a pair of Technics SB-X700 that needed some new foam. The Simply Speakers site says this foam kit fits that model, but one of the reviews says it doesn't. I can confirm that they DO fit the SB-X700 - albeit with some finagling. The foam doesn't just rest on the cone, as shown in the instructional video, as the X700 has the honeycomb design. So you have to actively rotate the woofer and press the foam against the bottom of the honeycomb to get it to stick. But after a few minutes of that, you will see the poxy glue doing it's job and keeping hold. I let the glue dry for a few hours and tested out the speakers and they work and sound great. I now have a pair of high-end, vintage floor speakers that look and sound amazing and I spent less than $100. If I can successfully refoam a pair of speakers, anyone can.
