The product came with the speaker ring, glue, brush, and instructions. Note that this is not a quick or clean project. Positioning the ring, gluing it down, and waiting for the glue to cure takes time. The end result was very good and the speakers sound great. I will be spending the next few days picking the glue off my hands though.Update:After a while I noticed buzzing from several of my speakers (I had fixed eight speakers). What I found was that when I glued in the foam ring the cone was pulled slightly off center. The result was that voice coil rubs against the magnet and creates a buzzing sound an certain frequencies. Out of the eight speakers I repaired it looks like I have two that buzz and I guess I will just replace them. I still think this is a great product but wanted to warn those attempting to do repairs to make sure that the cone is centered before glueing.
