This item shipped really quickly from Florida. It arrived packaged well, with instructions and plenty of glue. Watch the youtube video for even more detailed instructions. I used this kit on the drivers on an old set of Thiels. Customer service was prompt and very helpful with selecting the proper kit. The installation went smoothly and the speakers have been restored to perfect condition.A few tips :1) Clean the frame surface well - use a razor knife and rubbing alcohol or acetone of necessary. It doesn't have to be perfect but a smooth surface helps even adhesion.2) Use the glue somewhat sparingly else it will spread to your fingers and setting the foam will get messy and difficult - a wooden coffee stirrer or small screwdriver can help this process along. The foam edges will initially curl up (see pics), but as the glue sets up and you make your way around pressing it in, it will flatten out perfectly.3) As the you set the foam edge, make sure you continually lightly press and check the sides of the cone to ensure the voice coil is centered correctly and there isn't any rubbing.
